 Be Honest 

Ok. Be honest. You’ve got a goal, a dream, that you feel isn’t possible, realistic, feasible –have I covered all the adjectives? Is it somewhere you want to visit? Something you want to do? You know it’s never too late and you’re never too old to accomplish it.

Case in point – 4 years ago I had a goal to paint a big piece of art; so I bought a 30” x 40” canvas. And it sat in my closet. For 4 years. Sigh. But wait – what did C. S. Lewis say?

 Big Art 

In June, that big piece of art became an actual painting and here it is, friends. I wanted my last post as a design team member for The Crafter’s Workshop to be the best, and what better way than to get that big canvas out and finally paint it. I am so proud of how it turned out.

You know, 4 years ago I wasn’t artistically where I am now. If I had painted that canvas then, it would certainly be totally different. I’m glad it took me 4 years to accomplish my goal.
